I find inspiration everywhere I turn-from studying beautiful interiors to watching my children explore the world. I love to create art that brings people a little joy, whether from exciting colors and patterns in a room’s interior or the happy figures of animals or children.  I have created and taught art for so long it has become who I am. My artistic journey has taken me from private lessons at an early age to "all nighters" in the studio at East Carolina University (Go Pirates!), to advanced studies in Europe. I am blessed to be able to share my talent every day, whether it’s teaching a child or creating a design, all from what inspires me in my heart. The best part of creativity is that it represents endless possibilities.
